DetailsGolden Hills Turquoise is a rare and unique gemstone that has been recently discovered in the Golden hills of Kazakhstan. The mine is located in a remote area and can only be mined during the winter months when the rains have stopped. In recent years the price has skyrocketed, but it's appeal has not!
Earrings:
These earrings have very cute little rondelles with all the characteristics that make Kazak turquoise so special, the light blue coloring amid white and veined with brown. The rondelles are a tiny 5mm and they dangle simply in trios from gold fill french ear wires. From top to bottom they measure a touch under 1 inch. Petite.
Necklace:
The necklace has 15 tiny teardrops (~7mm) of Golden Hills Turquoise spaced along a 3mm rondelles necklace of Labradorite. The gold fill lobster clasp is also sided by 2 turquoise ovals. Full length a touch under 18 inches. -
